Project Description:
The goal of the project was to acquire and install two hydraulic CNC cutting machines and a HYUNDAI Wia L300LMA PLUS Technology Pack Horizontal CNC turning center in Bácsalmás. As a result of this development, we are directly involved in the production of road vehicle and vehicle engine parts at both national and international levels. With this production, our company further expands its component manufacturing capacity, which is based on the partnership we have established with our customers. Strengthening our component manufacturing profile allows us to achieve a more stable market position. Our business expansion also opens opportunities in the international market since precision and custom component manufacturing typically happen through smaller suppliers who are capable of producing individual machine elements and parts, and possibly designing them. With the new hydraulic CNC cutting machines and CNC turning center, in conjunction with our existing high-capacity manufacturing equipment, we can achieve intensive quantitative and qualitative efficiency enhancements. Our new manufacturing equipment prepares the workpieces and is capable – in coordination with the old machine – of performing further processes within our production technology, thereby increasing the utilization of capacities based on the cooperation of the devices. By coordinating the processes of the machines, more complex components can be produced, improving the quality of the manufactured products and our services. Using the new and old machines together allows us to undertake jobs we couldn’t before, thus meeting much more complex customer requirements and thereby increasing the processing level of our products. We can enter new markets in the EU and Hungary, significantly improving our market position and increasing our exports.

Project Description:
Within the framework of the project, our acquired DOOSAN DNM 350-5AX CNC vertical machining center is suitable for the precision machining of various metal blocks. The machining center can operate in a wide range of motions in all directions (X: 600mm / Y: 665mm / Z: 500mm), with a motor power of 15 kW and a torque of 106 Nm. The manufacturing equipment is capable of accommodating 30 types of tools, is quickly reconfigurable, and easily programmable, making it an excellent choice for time-efficient production of various sizes and quality materials. The workstation can be controlled either on-site or remotely: external access allows for the shutdown of the workstation or reprogramming of the manufacturing process. The vertical machining center is capable of producing the injection molding tools and other machine elements currently designed by our company. The primary customers of the products are companies that manufacture and sell plastic packaging materials in domestic and international markets. The development enables the production of new products and guarantees uniform quality production with the expansion of manufacturing capacity, as well as the seamless coordination of design and manufacturing processes. With the establishment of our own manufacturing capacity, we can offer a wider range of services to our partners, from which we expect the strengthening of our market positions and an increase in revenue.
